The Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria(PMAN), Rivers state chapter has given support to the All Progressives Congress(APC) Governorship Candidate, Arc. Tonye Cole, describing him as God fearing with clear thoughts on how to develop Rivers State.

Speaking in an interview with Metronetworknews at a-one- day Digital Training organized by Tonye Cole Media Centre, which was held inside the Port Harcourt Library auditorium, the Sole Administrator, Lady IB, said PMAN was impressed with the way Cole was going about the Governorship candidacy with maturity and technological innovation.

She said Cole by his attitude has shown that he is truly a pastor and that Rivers State needed a God fearing and couth personality to reposition the state.

The Sole Administrator said to this end, PMAN would do everything within its ambit to support him.

“We are here for a training on how to use the social media space. We have learned a lot. Our tutor came all the way from Lagos state to teach us on how to rebrand, package, talk, write etc. I have learnt how to use choice of words in the internet, how to rebrand , package myself in whatever I am doing when it comes to social media business. I am told how to market Cole. With courage he is going to go to Brick House come 2023”, she said.

Earlier on, the Director General of Tonye Cole Media Centre, Steven Deegbara, said the society had gone digital and there is the need to train volunteers to be digital literate in order to communicate to a digital society.

He said the programme was conceptualised to ensure that volunteers who would campaign for the candidacy of Tonye Cole would know how to draw the right cord in online media.

He said their campaign would exhibit technical advancement, discipline and cultured behaviour.
