Crude oil processing has commenced at the Port Harcourt Refinery.
Disclosing this to newsmen, Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Olufemi Soneye, stated that the refinery will operate at 60 percent capacity.
Soneye confirmed that the refinery aims to process 60,000 bpd.
