Shooting has been reported at the campaign rally staged by the All Progressives Congress(APC) governorship candidate in Rivers state, Pastor Tonye cole who is vying to replace Governor Nyesom Wike of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Some APC members alleged that the ruling party used paid thugs who fired gunshots to try to disrupt the rally which is scheduled to hold at Rumuwoji field , Mile one, Diobu in Port Harcourt.
According to them, the hoodlums were repelled by APC youths.
Three persons were said to have sustained injuries.
