Detained Hon Farah Dagogo, Governorship aspirant on the platform of the PDP and Member representing Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has vowed to continue speaking against injustice and tyranny in Rivers state.
Dagogo in a statement by his Media aide, Ibrahim Lawal, said he is more than resolved to do so.
The statement read, “Hon. Doctor Farah Dagogo, is fine in detention.
” He is fully aware of the massive show of love and solidarity, he is emphatically grateful and humbled.
” This is a fight between light and darkness. Rivers people and Nigerians have chosen the path of light.
“Hon. Doctor Farah Dagogo remains unshakable in his Governorship pursuit and more than resolved to continue speaking against injustice and tyranny”.
It would be recalled that Dagogo was arrested on Thursday ,at the Venue of the South-South PDP zonal screening exercise, on the orders of Gov. Nyesom Wike and arraigned on Friday before Chief Magistrate, A. O. Amadi-Nna who asked that he be remanded in the Police custody and adjourned the matter to 9th of May 2022 after agreeing with the defense team that before he could hear the case the prosecution must follow the legal procedure.
