A two million naira bounty has been placed on one Sunday Amadi from Ovogo, Odegu community in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers state.
The chairman of Emohua council, Chidi Lloyd, who announced this alleged that Amadi was a member of the criminal gang terrorising the Emohua axis of the East-West road.
This is coming on the heelings of a statement by the Rivers State Police Command spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe Koko that two people who were kidnapped along the Emohua axis of the East/West Road in Rivers State last Saturday have regained their freedom.
According to her, the duo have been reunited with their families.
She, however, did not give details of how they were freed.
