The People of Odiereke Ubie Community in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State,have cried out to the state government, police and other security agencies over what they described as incessant kidnapping in the area.
The Youth President of the Community who disclosed this in a live radio programme monitored in Port Harccourt, on Wednesday, said that most residents of Odiereke community were fleeing the area to neighbouring communities as a result of the continuous kidnapping and other insecurity.
The youth leader claimed that the kidnappers were also targeting teachers and schools.
He appealed to the Government and the security agencies to intervene.
