Many persons were killed when bandits attacked another market in the eastern part of Sokoto State.
The bandits were said to have invaded Goronyo weekly Market in Goronyo Local Government Area of the state, killing traders and buyers.
Details of the attack are sketchy but Metronetworknews gathered that the bandits operated for several hours unchallenged.
