Opus who hails from Okrika LGA of the state was reported missing since Friday afternoon,7th of Feb 2025.
She was said to have left her home carrying her phone, charger, and hand bag and told her son that she was coming back.
Some of her neighbours who saw her on the way, said she was last seen at UPE Bustop in the city, waiting to board a commercial vehicle to her destination.
However, in a post by a facebook user with the name Doris Tams Harrison, on Thursday, said Opus has been found and that she was forced to give birth and her baby taken away by her abductors.
The post reads, “GOOD NEWS! GOOD NEWS! DORATHY HAS BEEN FOUND!
“To God be the glory, Missing Dorathy Opus has been found yesterday at about 7pm at The young roundabout where she was dumped by her abductors after forcefully delivered her of her baby and the baby taken away.
“She is presently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in PH.
“Thank you all for your prayers, calls and for sharing her post. God bless you all”.
