No fewer than four persons were reportedly injured in a building collapse along Okporo Road, Rumuodara, in Port Harcourt metropolis, on wednesday.
It was gathered that the building located along Okporo Road, Rumuodara, in Port Harcourt metropolis, fell on another building, trapping a woman and two children who were later rescued and rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The trio and a man were said to have sustained injuries in the incident.
It further gathered the building was under construction before the incident.
The Caretaker Chairman of Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Chijioke Ihunwo, who visited the scene, ordered an immediate investigation into the cause of the building collapse and called for the arrest of both the engineer and the owner of the building.
