Beneficiaries of the National Cash Transfer Programme in Edo, Ondo, Enugu and Kebbi State who were last paid in 2019, are set to receive their payment.
This followed the resolution of the issues with the Payment Service Providers – JV Nipost/Innovectives Limited, who have been under investigation by the ICPC.
The National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) has now cleared the four States to receive payments with backlogs.
NCTO is currently awaiting approval from the Ministry of Humanitarian, Disaster Management and Social Development to kick start the payment.
