The seven mysteries in the Bible (Part 6)
Today, by the special grace of God, we shall look at the mystery number five in the Bible.
(5) The mystery of the restoration of Israel:
Romans 11:25-26 KJV “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob…”
This mystery has to do with what takes place after the rapture.
When the Lord Jesus Christ came here to this world in form of human being during His earthly ministry, He came as a Jew to the nation of Israel – Matthew 10:5-6 KJV and John 4:22 KJV “These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel….for salvation is of the Jews.”
But the Jews rejected Him. And God will still come back to the Jews (the nation of Israel) during the tribulation after the rapture. The purpose is for their restoration – the restoration of Israel. This is a mystery!
Note: Proverbs 23:23 NKJV “Buy the truth, and do not sell it…”
