Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the appointment of Hon Benibo Anabraba as Secretary to the Rivers State Government.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary
Ministry of Information and Communications, Dr. Kuru Honour Sirawoo.
According to the statement, the new SSG will be sworn in by Governor Fubara, on Monday, October 13, 2025, by 4pm at the State Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
