Some residents of Elimgbu-Eneka axis of the Port Harcourt metropolis have reportedly trooped out with kegs and buckets to scoop crude oil from drainages, following an oil pipeline burst in the area.
It was gathered that scores of people, including children, women and youths were scooping the crude oil from the overflowing drainages.
