Popular gospel singer Preye Odede, today performed to the delight of guests at the dedication of Mr. Philip Omenuta Emil-Inyang’s daughter in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
The Bayelsa born musician captivated the audience with some of his hit songs such as “Ebezina”, Oshimiri Atata (River That Never Runs Dry) and so on.

As he sang, the congregation shouted in joy and sang along with him.
The dedication/thanksgiving service which was held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Spring of Life Parish, Eliowhani, in the oil- rich city, also saw performance by Widow’s High Praise Mass Choir, Rivers state.

Delivering the sermon, pastor-in-charge of the parish, Barr. Clarence Akpan urged parents to bring their children up in the training and instructions of the lord, citing Ephesians 6:4.
While speaking shortly after the dedication and prayers session, mother of the new born baby, Barr (Mrs) Mfon Emil-Inyang shared a testimony of moving from an ovarian cyst diagnosis to a healthy baby delivery.
” Today is my daughter’s dedication to God. He gave us a miracle of converting an ovarian cyst to a baby. We have come to thank Him for always using my family to showcase his glory'”, she said.
Also speaking, Mr. Inyang thanked everyone for finding time out of their busy schedule to celebrate with them.
The occasion was graced by dignitaries from all walks of life.
