The vice chairman of Opobo-Nkoro Local Government council, Dr. Angela Anthony Oju-Kienmie has congratulated the Chairman of the council, Rt. Hon. Enyiada Cookey-Gam, on his birthday.
In a congratulatory message, the Vice Chairman, commended Cookey-Gam for building a strong team culture as well as carrying everyone along in the scheme of things.
