The corpse of a 33- year-old lady simply identified as Chichi was found lying lifeless on the road at Rumuokoro in Obio Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers state.
Metronetworknews gathered that the incident happened on Friday.
It learnt that her private part and eyes were mutilated.
A resident in the area who gave her name as Brenda and clsimed to be her friend, told newsmen that the victim informed her that she was going to a hotel to meet with someone but did not give details of the hotel or the person.
“She was tied up, her private parts were remove, her eyes were plucked off. she informed me that she was going to a hotel to meet with someone, She did not give details of the hotel or the person.
“The body was taken away by the Mini Okoro Policemen”, Brenda disclosed.
All efforts to speak with the state Police Public Relations Officer(PPRO), Grace Iringe-Koko to confirm the incident proved abortive as at time of filing the report.
